Kenzie Annis, who is commonly referred to as Mackenzie “Kenzie” Annis, is 24 years old and was born in the city of Powder Springs, GA. Before becoming a health care professional, Kenzie was also a competitive dancer with CK DanceWorks Inc., placing 17th in the Top Intermediate Solo 15–19 category at the 2017 National Finals. Kenzie continues to practice dance daily to relieve stress, often completing her morning workouts by doing splits!

Kenzie graduated from Kennesaw State University’s Wellstar School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in May 2026. She completed clinical training in several hospitals, including Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Atlanta VA Medical Center. Days after graduation, she left to travel to Fiji.
Kenzie posted on Instagram to celebrate this achievement by saying, “All glory goes to God, I graduated Nursing School! Thank you to Kennesaw State University for the hardest and best 4 years of my life. I can now lay claim to my Bachelor of Science in Nursing!”
In addition to being a nurse, Kenzie also works as a nanny; both jobs have contributed to her nurturing character.
Kenzie is partnered with Zach Georgiou in the premiere of season 8 on June 2, 2026. Zach is 26 years old and is from Birmingham, United Kingdom. Although they just formed a new couple, plenty can happen inside of the villa; however, Kenzie has made it clear that she is serious about finding a long-term relationship. Kenzie has stated that she is a “huge lovergirl” as indicated by the 30 years of marriage her parents have shared and the fact that this is what she dreams of having.
