Italian couple Naimana and Danielle took to the Americas Got Talent stage with an unusual act. They mixed comedy, puppetry. Talking without moving their mouths. The judges were surprised and entertained by their performance.
As a couple they showed chemistry. Their act was like nothing, in the competition. At first it looked like another puppet show.. As it went on it was clear that their real talent was talking without moving their mouths.
They used puppets to sing a version of the famous opera song “Nessun Dorma”. This mix of music and humor was unexpected. The audience loved it. Responded enthusiastically. The couples originality and energy made their act stand out.
The judges had reactions. Sofia Vergara said it was surprising and confusing. In a good way. She loved that it was something new. Howie Mandel said he didn’t fully get it. He loved how creative and entertaining it was.
Mel B was still a bit confused by the performance. She struggled to connect with their style.. Simon Cowell saw something special. He praised Naimana and Danielle saying they were “really really talented”. He even gave a shout-out to host Terry Crews before praising the couple.
Despite one judge saying no the couple got support to move forward. Three judges said yes and one said no.
