Fourteen-year-old rapper Flau’jae announced at the start of Tuesday’s Judge Cuts 4 episode of “America’s Got Talent” that she wanted to continue her father’s legacy after he was gunned down. She wrote an original song about her life, “I Can’t Lose,” and “AGT” judges Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Mel B and Howie Mandel were all impressed. But it was guest judge Chris Hardwick who was moved enough to press his Golden Buzzer for the young rapper. As Flau-jae was covered in golden confetti, host Tyra Banks announced that she was going straight to the live shows. Watch the “Americas Got Talent” performance video above and read the judges’ comments below.

Katie Thompson Gillingham Congrats Flaujae…..You are a wonderful rapper. Keep up the great work…your father is proud of you as is your mother .hugs
Lola Allard I really wish that AGT contestants would not be allowed to tell personal stories before their auditions or performances. Has nothing to do with their talent.
Renee Nay Carroll Should change the name of the show to "America's Got Sob Stories Who Get The Golden Buzzer When It's Not Deserved"…. this was the last straw though because we turned it off and will no longer watch it. Should have known when Grace won ? years ago that it was time to give it up….
Delores Chapman OMG … LORD PLEASE LET THIS ANGEL MAKING IT ALL THE WAY!! I have never witnessed such raw real talent … And I don't even care much for rap music but this girl had me from the first verse her lyrics are awesome and real
Peggy Borne Anker I don’t think we need to know the back stories on the contestants. I do feel sorry for those who have had struggles, losses, etc. This should strictly based on TALENT. I just didn’t find her act is anything special.
