President Donald Trump said ahead of his visit with the Clemson football team that the White House would be serving a bunch of fast food for the presidential meal.
"The Clemson national championship team will be coming tonight. It will be exciting. Very great team. Unbelievable team. I think we're going to serve McDonalds, Wendys, and Burger King…some pizza. I really mean it. Their favorite food. So we'll see what happens"

He wasn’t kidding.
Trump saw that football players are large, which must mean they like fast food (despite athletes generally emphasizing nutrition and whatnot). But Trump wasn’t lying here. The White House really did serve Clemson a ton of fast food on Monday night.
The media was present to catch a glimpse of the spread, which included fast food served on literal silver platters.
