Matt Guyear I've seen people complain about placing armed guards or teachers in schools saying that it is not a solution to the problem. Well it is a solution that we can put into place right this very second. Even if we were to ban guns tomorrow, there would still be 300-plus million guns on the streets that would take years to confiscate and even still, it wouldn't fix the problem since they would just come from Mexico hence the War on Drugs…

I don't see people complaining about placing armed guards in our malls to protect our clothes.

I don't see people complaining about placing armed guards in jewelry stores to protect jewelry.

I don't see people complaining about placing armed guards in Banks to protect money.

I don't see people complaining about the armed guards already at college campuses. There just isn't nearly enough since the majority of college campuses are huge. There should be one armed person per building.

I don't see people complaining about the armed marshals on the airplanes.

I don't see people complaining about armed pilots on airplanes.

All I see is people complaining about placing armed people in grade schools so are they saying that young children aren't as important as the clothes in a mall?

Todd Em  Just set up shop in Chicago and you’ll have all the material you need for 24/7 reporting of gun violence— though it won’t change the fact that only .0047% of the population fell victim to firearm homicide last year and we’re on pace to have less than that this year. I’d like to see you try and spin that percentage to seem worse than it is, though.
