Huckabee: Where’s the outrage over illegal leaks?

Mike Huckabee On Fox News

Mike Huckabee On Fox News – Right well a top lawmaker now saying messages from the Trump transition team were indeed intercepted by US intelligence i recently confirmed that on numerous occasions the intelligence community incidentally collected information about US citizens involved in the Trump transition president Trump saying he feels somewhat vindicated and what about calls for a special prosecutor former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee will weigh in on that next . Mike Huckabee On Fox News a fox news alert on the fight against Isis in Iraq as we learn hundreds of thousands of innocent men women and children are caught in the middle of one of the bloodiest battles so far defeating Isis is the United States number one goal in the region as we've said before when everything is a priority nothing is a priority we must continue to keep our focus on the most urgent matter at hand what I dread seems to me to be some level of surveillance activity perhaps legal but I don't know that it's right and I don't know that the American people would be comfortable with what I've read I some what do I must tell you I some what do I very much appreciated the fact that they found what they found like I said what do the chairman of the House Intel committee Devon una is confirming that some communications of Trump advisors were in fact collected during the 2016 election though he says it was quote incidental collection

Mike Huckabee On Fox News – Let's bring in former governor of Arkansas Mike Huckabee also a fox news contributor good morning governor I wonder when the president says I feel somewhat vindicated why is he hesitating is this full vindication that there was some sort of communication swept up and they were surveillance well and let me put it thisway it's not a full vindication yet but it is a form of vindication because it does clearly show even what the New York Times had reported and that is that there was surveillance in Trump Tower of Trump associates and perhaps the president-elect himself or maybe the candidate himself we sent no but it's apparent that there was surveillance going on that's how they found out what Mike Flynn was up to and so for any person to deny that there was some investigations some surveillance I mean they would just have to deny deny reality two things are troubling first the fact that people I think their Fourth Amendment rights were being violated by some of the surveillance these are private citizens of America but number two and perhaps the biggest where's the outrage that somebody in the federal government took it upon themselves to illegally and unethically release information about private citizens that they were by law required to keep silent and secret this is very troubling governor yes an investigation half a second point right there which is the fact that chairman Nunez saysbasically that his source or sources are telling him that there was some sort of a list of which trump associates got swept up in this that key point there may have been legitimate surveillance of people overseas and then US citizens.
