Daphne Crawford Never thought about the terms 'cajun' and 'chowder' in the same recipe but hey! "first you make a roux" add the holy trinity and some of dat good andouille ( pronounced 'awn-doo-ee') sausage. Add some Slap Ya Mama seasoning and this girl from S. LA says ok

Mary Ann Kruse Ruebenstahl What woman doesn't love a guy who can cook? Had a conversation w/a man who bragged about not being able to cook. I asked him if he could read.

He got a little huffy & said of course he could read. I then strongly suggested he buy a cookbook & learn the same way we women did. He stalked off w/out a word….personally, I laughed the rest of the day.
